This website is operated by St Johns First Aid Kits Pvt. Ltd. (“St Johns”, “we”, “us”), a first aid kit manufacturer based in Tamil Nadu, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our online store, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

We only collect what we need to run the store and fulfil orders:

• Order & contact details — name, email, phone number, and shipping/billing address you enter at checkout or when requesting a quote.
• Order history — the products you buy, order amounts, and delivery status.
• Account details — if you create a customer account, your email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in readable form.
• Enquiries — anything you send us through contact forms, quote requests, or the chat assistant.
• Technical & usage data — if you consent to analytics cookies, standard information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type (with your IP address anonymised). See “Cookies” below.

Payments: card, UPI, and net-banking details are entered directly on a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not see or store your full card or bank details — only a confirmation of whether the payment succeeded.

Our store is intended for business and adult customers. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, please contact us and we will remove it.
