These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from St Johns First Aid Pvt. Ltd. (“St Johns First Aid”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy & Cookie Policy and our Returns, Replacement & Warranty policy, which form part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Products are offered for sale and use in India; if you order from elsewhere, you are responsible for compliance with your local laws.

Our products are first aid kits, medical consumables, and related supplies. Product descriptions, kit contents, images, and any guidance, charts, or “kit advisor” suggestions on this site are provided for general information to help you choose a product.

They are not medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis, or training. A first aid kit is an aid to giving assistance — it is not a guarantee of any medical outcome. Always follow the instructions supplied with each item and any medicine, and seek qualified medical help when needed. In a medical emergency, call 108 (ambulance) or 112 immediately.

We take care to describe products accurately, but minor variations in packaging, components, or appearance may occur as we improve our kits or substitute an equivalent component of equal or better quality.

Our products are manufactured and supplied in accordance with applicable Indian law, including, where relevant, the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 and the Medical Devices Rules, 2017. Certain items (such as medicines and regulated medical devices) must be used strictly as directed and in compliance with the law. You are responsible for using, storing, and (if applicable) dispensing them lawfully.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. Your order is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we confirm it and payment is successfully received. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, there was a pricing or description error, or we suspect fraud or misuse — in which case we will not charge you, or will refund any amount already paid.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise; a GST invoice is provided, and you may add your GSTIN at checkout for business purchases. Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Payment is taken through our secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or banking details, and we are not responsible for delays or outages of the payment provider. If an item's price is obviously incorrect due to a technical or typographical error, we are not obliged to supply it at the wrong price and will let you know before dispatch.

We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary with location and courier. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please check your order on arrival and report any transit damage promptly (see section 9).

Sealed first aid and medical goods cannot be returned for change of mind, for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are put right by our team, and our kits carry a quality guarantee with a minimum component shelf life. You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly of any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or used in breach of these terms.

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt it, access it by automated means without permission, introduce malicious code, or misuse any content, contact form, or advisor feature. We may restrict access to protect the site and other users.

First aid products only work when used correctly. You are responsible for:

• reading and following the instructions supplied with the kit and each item;
• checking the expiry dates printed on consumable items and replacing expired components before use;
• storing the kit as directed (a cool, dry place) and keeping it out of reach of children where appropriate;
• ensuring the person using it has any training the situation requires, and seeking professional medical help when needed; and
• not repackaging, relabelling, tampering with, or altering the products.

We are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, use contrary to instructions, use of expired or altered components, use by an untrained person, or use in circumstances beyond a product's intended purpose.

If you buy for resale or distribution, you must sell the products only in their original, unopened, sealed packaging, without repackaging, relabelling, or altering them, and you must comply with all laws that apply to their sale and supply. You are responsible for how you on-sell the products and for any representations you make about them.

All content on this site — including text, logos, product images, kit designs, charts, and layout — belongs to St Johns First Aid Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our proven negligence, for a genuinely defective product under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Subject to the above, and without limiting section 12: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss; we are not liable for loss arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, expired or altered components, or untrained use; and our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold St Johns First Aid Pvt. Ltd. harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the products, or — for resale/distributor buyers — the way you store, on-sell, or represent the products to others.

We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, epidemics, strikes, transport or supply disruption, utility or network failures, or government action. We will take reasonable steps to limit any impact and resume as soon as we can.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. The “last updated” date above shows when this page was last revised.

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest continues in force. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between us for your use of the site and your order. You may not transfer your rights under them without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a business reorganisation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, if you have a complaint about a product or your order, you can contact our Grievance Officer:
