Our promise

Every St Johns first aid kit is manufactured in our own ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certified, ZED Gold rated facility and checked before it ships. If something isn't right with your order, we'll put it right. This page explains when we can accept a return, how we handle damaged or incorrect items, and what our quality assurance covers.

Change-of-mind returns

First aid kits and medical consumables are sealed hygiene- and safety-sensitive products. For the protection of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an order has been placed — including opened or unsealed items.

Please review the product details, kit contents, and quantities before you order. If you're unsure which kit fits your needs, contact us before buying and we'll be glad to help.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged in transit, has a manufacturing defect, or you received the wrong item, we'll make it right. Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery and include a few clear photos of:

  • the item(s) affected,
  • the outer packaging, and
  • your order number.

Our team will review your report and arrange a suitable resolution — typically a replacement of the affected item, or a refund where a replacement isn't available. We may ask a few questions to understand what happened so we can resolve it quickly and improve our packing and dispatch.

Quality assurance & shelf life

Our kits carry a quality guarantee: every component meets international standards, and our manufacturing is ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 certified and ZED Gold rated.

Consumable components (dressings, medicines, and similar) are supplied with a minimum shelf life of 2 years from dispatch, subject to the individual expiry dates printed on each item. Store your kit in a cool, dry place and replace expired items to keep it ready for use. There is no separate mechanical or product warranty beyond this quality assurance; genuine manufacturing defects are covered under the section above.

Refunds

Where we agree a refund, it is issued to your original payment method. Once approved, please allow around 5–12 working days for it to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
